Julian Tagle

My name is Julian Tagle. By day, I work as a procurement data and systems manager, backed by a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and over a decade of experience in the field. It's been rewarding, challenging work—and it's taught me how to think in systems, solve problems methodically, and see the bigger picture.

But somewhere along the way, that original pull came back with clarity: I wanted to create something that was mine. Not just for income, but for freedom—the freedom to solve real problems, explore ideas I believe in, and ultimately build a life defined by experiences, not just stability.

From Garage to Ground Up

A few years ago, I took my first real step. I formed an LLC called Tagle Motor Company and started doing what I'd always loved—restoring and customizing 1970s Honda motorcycles into café racers. There's something deeply satisfying about taking a solid runner, tearing it down to the frame, and rebuilding it piece by piece with your own vision. I've built two bikes that way, and each one taught me something new about craft, patience, and the cost of doing things right.

But reality has a way of grounding even the best intentions. Motorcycle restoration is time-intensive, space-dependent, and—if you're working out of a Michigan garage—seasonal at best. Between a full-time career and the limitations of the craft, progress slowed. The passion never left, but it became clear that this alone wasn't going to get me where I wanted to go.

A Structure Built to Evolve

That realization is what led to the evolution from Tagle Motor Company to Tagle Ventures.

We're living in a remarkable time. The tools available today—from software development platforms to AI-assisted design to global distribution networks—have made it more possible than ever for a single person with the right mindset to build real, meaningful products. The barriers are lower. The opportunities are wider. And for those willing to learn, adapt, and put in the work, the window is wide open.

Rather than bet everything on one idea, I created Tagle Ventures as an umbrella—a structure broad enough to support exploration, experimentation, and growth across multiple creative and technical disciplines. The goal isn't to do everything at once. It's to build deliberately, let time reveal what resonates, and invest deeply in the things that prove their worth.

Five Ventures, One Vision

Tagle Ventures operates across five distinct ventures. Each one represents a different creative and entrepreneurial path—some rooted in craft, others in code, all connected by a shared commitment to quality, intention, and the belief that every new path has something to teach us.

Motor

Craft & Restoration

The original venture. Restoring and customizing classic motorcycles with respect for the craft and an eye for design. A 1974 Honda CB500T currently sits in the garage, waiting for a full ground-up rebuild. This work continues at its own pace, as it should.

Technology

Apps & Software

The scalable side. We design and build iOS, Android, and web applications—digital tools that solve real problems and can grow beyond the hours put into them. Long-term, this venture is about creating products that generate value in the background.

Media

Content & Storytelling

Building in public. Sharing the process, the lessons, and the journey as it unfolds in real time. Whether it's documenting an app build, a motorcycle teardown, or balancing ambition with a full-time career. Equal parts creative outlet and accountability.

Apparel

Brand & Culture

An exploration of identity through design. Not trend-driven fashion—timeless, intentional pieces that represent a mindset. Low-overhead, high-creativity, and rooted in community.

Community

Connection & Gathering

The venture that ties everything together. Whether it's a local car meet, a casual coffee gathering, or an online space for builders and creators—this is about fostering the kind of connections that make the work worth doing.

This Is Day One

At its core, Tagle Ventures is an experiment—one built on intention, patience, and a genuine belief that you can design a life around the things you care about most.

Maybe one of these ventures becomes something full-time. Maybe several of them work together in ways I haven't imagined yet. Either outcome moves closer to the same destination: a life built on experiences, independence, and the satisfaction of knowing you created something real.

The work has already begun.
